The Real Handful Story
In 2015, founder Joe was hiking in the Grand Canyon, Arizona USA, on holiday. Before descending into the Canyon, he stocked up on a number of emergency snacks just in case his body ever felt the going was getting tough.
Trial Mix quickly became his go-to, especially with the blend of nuts and chocolate giving him that mix of fast and slow-release energy. Plus it was really very tasty.

Upon his return to Manchester, he was talking about the snack with his wife but was unable to find a bag of the pre-blended snack anywhere. So they decided to start making their own mix.

It's rare for us to admit, but instead of being very jealous of Joe's humble brag that he's been trekking in the Grand Canyon, on this occasion we're all rather pleased.
The Real Handful Range
The Real Handful range contains dried fruits, whole nuts, seeds and chocolate pieces. Giving you the perfect balance between health and indulgence.
The Real Handful packs come in the following blends:
- Blueberry Blitz - blueberries, blueberry flavoured cranberries, jumbo flame raisins and whole cashews nuts
- Blood Orange and Dark Chocolate - blood orange flavoured sultanas, orange flavoured cranberries, dark chocolate and peanuts
- Go-Go-Goji Berries - nuts, raisins, seeds, goji berries and dark chocolate
- Mochaccino - coffee sultanas, cranberries, whole cashew nuts, dark chocolate coffee beans and coffee flavour chocolate drops
- Mixed Berry Crunch - blueberry flavour yoghurt raisins, strawberries, cranberries and whole almonds
- Strawberries and Cream: strawberry flavoured raisins, strawberries, cranberries, white chocolate chunks and whole cashew nuts
