What are your delivery times?

You'll usually get one of two windows: early morning (roughly 2–5 am) or a later slot once someone's in to receive it (roughly 8–10am). Exact timing depends on your location and whether you need someone on-site to collect it.
Do you do running orders, or do we place a new order every week?
Whatever suits you. Most customers set up a "running order" for the staples - fruit, milk, coffee etc, then just add extras week to week depending on staffing levels, events, or evening drinks needs.
Is there a portal to update order amounts, and is there a cut-off?
Our online portal is coming. Until then, changes go through your account contact. We ask for two days' notice to guarantee any order or amendment (order on day 1, receive on day 3), though we can often manage next-day, just not guaranteed.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — small orders just carry a delivery fee.
