How does it work?
Typically we send out a weekly order sheet (on week 1) and you select exactly what you’d like delivered for the following week (week 2).
The advantage here is you get to order exactly what you want, giving you full control over the contents of your office’s pantry.
Can you put the snacks away for me?
Yes.
We have a serviced office service whereby our Service Team will come into your office and ensure it is restocked exactly to your specifications in collaboration with your Account Manager.
Can I set up a regular delivery?
Yes.
You can set up a “standing order” where we deliver the same items on the same days each week.
Or you can arrange a budget with us and our team will manage the ordering on your behalf in collaboration with our service team, meaning we’ll monitor what your team consume and ensure you never run out.
Is there a minimum order?
No - we do not have any minimum orders.
However some orders may incur a small delivery fee to ensure the delivery is viable for us to physically deliver (either by our own team or courier) given our competitive prices and range offered.
Do I get a dedicated account manager?
There are two ways.
We will provide you with an Account Manager if your monthly spend is over a specific level.
And the other way is if you are a “serviced office”.
What is a typical budget?
Budgets can vary wildly.
Some offices spend as little as £0.30 per person, per month (£0.01 per day!) and get a humble fruit delivery on their monthly staff wellness day.
Others spend up to £20 per person per day for a daily lunch service, coffee, snacks, fruit, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks - essentially a fully stocked pantry service.
The short answer is there is no “typical” budget, but happier staff does lead to higher staff retention, reduced recruitment costs, and stronger company performance.
