  • Yes.

    We have machines that can make filter coffee, espresso coffee, or barista-grade milk-based coffees.

    Some of our machines (like the photo near the top) also have separated milk dispensers meaning all allergens and preferences can be catered to with absolute peace of mind for you.

  • Yes.

    We provide high-grade coffee and decaf coffee beans which are all calibrated for your coffee machine to ensure you drink outstanding coffee.

  • Yes.

    All coffee machines need to be cleaned regularly to prevent issues from developing and can result in machine downtime.

    Different machines have different requirements, so it is important to be aware of what your machine needs. The majority of our machines are Easy Clean, meaning a daily clean tablets will keep your machine in perfect working order.

    We can clean your coffee machine, but we only offer this to companies who receive our Serviced Kitchen service.

  • It depends on the machine, but typically takes less than 5 minutes per day.

  • Yes.

    If you also receive other services from us (for example fruit boxes, snacks, soft drinks, or beer) then it will typically be your same account manager.

  • Yes.

    Installation is included and is free of charge.

    We will liaise with you on the specifics in advance to ensure everything is in place so it can go smoothly.

  • We just ask that you tell us straight away so we can arrange to have any issue resolved.

    Your account manager will be your best port of call in the first instance.

  • Yes.

    We provide the option to add servicing to all of our machines, which typically means any issues are fixed in-person within 24 hours by one of our engineers.

    We will always recommend this, as it means you are fully covered no matter what the issue.

  • We’ll make sure it moves with you!

    For a small fee, we will disconnect the machine from your current site, transport it to your new office, and then install it at your new location.

    If you know in advance of installing your new machine that you will be moving office shortly, then please let us know and we will factor this into the initial quote for you.

  • Different companies will have different preferences on this topic.

    The advantage of a lease agreement is you get to split the cost across either an extended period (such as 2,3 or 5 years).

    The advantage of purchasing a machine outright is it is better value for you.

    It all depends on your situation, and by providing both options we can support you in whichever path is best for you.

  • Your quote will be broken down by:

    • machine price

    • servicing price (which will include all cleaning equipment required)

    • coffee bean price

    • β€˜other’ items required (teas, sugars, milk, alternative milks etc)

    There are absolutely no hidden expenses from us.

    The only exclusion to this is if you do not want the service package, then the cleaning products and other items will need to be paid for separately.
