Snack Fair Galore π
Picture this: your office kitchen, but for one afternoon it's rammed with Independent brands, sample cups, and the buzz you usually only get on payday.
That's an Office Pantry snack fair β and it might just be the best way we know to get F&B right for your team.
What is a snack fair, exactly?
Think of it as a pop-up market, right there in your office. We bring in a curated lineup of our brand partners, set up shop for a few hours, and let your team taste, chat, and vote with their taste buds.
We can go big. A full-blown fair with ten-plus brands showcasing side by side, or keep it intimate with a single brand pop-up or a handful of favourites. It depends entirely on the vibe you're going for and what you're trying to figure out.
Why bother? (Try before you buy, seriously)
Here's the thing about office snacks and drinks: everyone has an opinion, and usually nobody's asked for it until the cupboard's already stocked with the wrong stuff.
A snack fair flips that. It's:
Try before you buy - your team samples the actual products before anything goes on a recurring order, so what lands in the kitchen is what people genuinely want, not a guess based on a spec sheet.
A voice for your employees - instead of F&B decisions happening behind the scenes, the people eating and drinking this stuff every day get to shape it. That goes a long way for morale.
Genuinely exciting - new brands, samples, an excuse to leave the desk for twenty minutes and chat about crisps. It builds real anticipation for what's coming, rather than snacks just quietly appearing one Monday.
It also gives us better data than any survey could. Watching what people actually reach for (and go back for seconds of) tells us far more than a tick-box form ever will.
Stories from the floor
Baird: This one's actually how Baird became a customer in the first place. We ran the fair before they'd signed on, and it did more convincing than any pitch deck could. The queue to get in went out the door, 80 people came through, and most brands sold out of stock before the afternoon was even done.
The real win, though, was who showed up. Directors who'd normally stay firmly in their offices came down to try the snacks, chatted with the Office Pantry team, and gave great feedback. That kind of buy-in from the top is hard to manufacture in a meeting, but handing someone a sample and a good product speaks for itself. They onboarded with us shortly after.
Oneder is a coworking space, so this one was a different scale entirely - over 300 people came through from the small offices scattered across the building. We leaned into a Christmassy theme, and it felt like stepping into a festive market.
With that many different companies under one roof, it turned into one of the best chances we've had to actually talk to employees one-on-one, hearing what different teams wanted, not just guessing from a spreadsheet of office sizes.
Net-a-Porter: This one was folded into their summer party - so instead of a standalone snack fair, it became part of a bigger celebration, with over 500 employees attending. Proof that a fair doesn't have to stand alone; it can just as easily be the highlight inside an event your team's already excited about.
Across all three, the pattern was the same: over ten brands, one room, and a buzzing atmosphere that turned "office snacks" into something people really looked forward to - whether that room held 80 people or 500.

Not every fair needs to be a festival
The three above were big swings, full showcase events with a packed brand lineup. But that's not the only way to do it. Sometimes the right move is a single brand pop-up to properly introduce something new, or a handful of complementary brands for a smaller, more focused session. We'll help you figure out what fits your team, your space, and what you're trying to achieve.
