The Brief
Ipsen approached Office Pantry to provide catering and an ice cream stand for their family day, celebrating discovery, innovation, and connection.
Running for 2 hours over lunch, the event welcomed around 60 adults and 60 children, a lively mix of colleagues and their families coming together to explore this year's theme: The Future.
What We Delivered
Catering
Office Pantry provided a spread designed to keep both adults and children fuelled and happy across the two-hour event, with a menu built around ease, variety, and broad appeal for a mixed-age crowd:
50+ Children's lunch boxes
80+ individual adult meals, featuring a range of globally-inspired bowls and salads
The variety across the adult menu - spanning bold Asian-inspired flavours, fresh salads, and hearty vegetarian options meant there was something for every palate, while the individually-boxed format kept things easy to serve and enjoy across a busy, mixed-age event.
Ice Cream Stand
A soft serve ice cream stand with a toppings bar was a simple crowd-pleaser that worked for guests of every age and tied nicely into the day's sense of fun and discovery.
The Result
All 120 of the attendees were served smoothly across the two-hour window, with the catering keeping pace comfortably alongside the day's activities. The soft serve ice cream stand proved the standout of the event as the busiest spot on site throughout, drawing a steady stream of both children and adults and adding a real buzz to the morning!
