The Brief
For the second year running, Net-a-Porter partnered with Office Pantry to deliver their company-wide summer party, a full day of celebration for 600 people at the height of summer, running from 8:30 am breakfast through to cocktails at 5 pm.
What We Delivered
All-Day Catering Office Pantry provided large-scale catering across the full span of the day, kicking off with breakfast bowls in the morning and running through to a slider station to keep energy up throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
Experiential Activities: To keep guests engaged across the eight-and-a-half-hour event, we brought in a mix of hands-on experiences
Sip & Paint - a relaxed, creative session for guests to unwind
Henna - on-site henna artists offering guests a personal takeaway from the day
Massages - chair massages to help guests recharge amid a long day of celebrations
Brand Pop-Up - a pop-up activation sponsored by Fix8 and Fibe that added a branded, sampling-led touch to the day, giving guests a chance to discover new products as part of the wider event experience.
The Result
With 600 guests and a full day to programme, from breakfast through to cocktails, the event called for careful pacing: catering and activities layered throughout the day to keep energy and engagement high from morning through evening, without ever feeling like a single long stretch.
