February Office Manager of the Month 💓

Hey there folks, we survived the January blues!

And what better way to celebrate than with a shout-out to our February Office Manager of the Month.

Our February choice goes to Sasha from Flo Health!

The team here at Office Pantry believe that Sasha has made such a positive impact to not only in her team at Flo Health, but we feel that positivity over here at OP HQ. We’re so lucky to work with Sasha, and we’re so excited to see how we can help next.

Take it away Sasha!

What did you have for breakfast this morning?

Avocado on toast with smoked salmon — my undefeated, 100% go-to.
It’s the perfect brain-fuel combo: healthy fats, protein, and just enough smugness to feel like I’ve made excellent life choices before 9am.

And of course, a cappuccino.
Because while systems run on structure… I run on coffee

Can you tell us where you work and a bit about your role?

I’m Sasha, the Office/Travel Manager at Flo Health. I lead the overall performance and day-to-day operations of our London office - which is a polished way of saying: if something works beautifully behind the scenes, I probably had something to do with it.

I oversee everything from facilities, food supplies, vendors, logistics, equipment, and compliance to onboarding support, swag distribution, remote shipments, and team events. I partner closely with People Ops and IT to make sure every practical detail is covered.

But here’s the real thing:

Office management isn’t actually about the office.
It’s about people.

It’s about making someone’s first day feel welcoming instead of overwhelming.
It’s about noticing when a team needs connection - and creating moments for it.
It’s about building an environment where people feel safe, supported, and able to do their best work.

Yes, I manage suppliers and systems.
But I also manage the atmosphere.

I proactively spot risks, improve processes, and build systems that scale - but I never lose sight of the human side. Because a great workplace isn’t measured in square footage, it’s measured in how people feel when they walk through the door.

Any recent news or achievements you wish to share?

Recently, I’ve:
Optimised vendor partnerships and reduced operational costs without compromising quality — because we love efficiency with standards.

Delivered office improvements under budget and with zero disruption (chaos is not on the agenda).

And events? Always.

From team-building moments and wellbeing initiatives to larger office gatherings, I’ve led the planning and execution of events that bring people together - not just socially, but meaningfully. Because the best events aren’t about the agenda. They’re about connection.

What do you like most about being part of Office Pantry?

Reliability. Simplicity. And snacks that actually get eaten.

As someone responsible for the full office ecosystem, having partners who remove friction is invaluable. Office Pantry makes it easy to keep the team fuelled, happy, and mildly excited about what’s arrived in the kitchen.

And those small moments of joy?
They do more for workplace culture than most spreadsheets ever could.

Current favourite snack/drink?

Cappuccino (loyal, strong, dependable - like any good operations function).

Snack-wise? Milk chocolate or something with crunch. Preferably both. Balance is important.

Thank you so much for being apart of the Office Pantry community, Sasha!
