The Cranberry Story
Cranberry is an independent, family-run business set up in 1995 by Ray Dollabi.
Having started out with a pick’n’mix style stall in Borough Market, London, Cranberry subsequently moved into pre-packed snacks.
The family even created their own roasting facility, using traditional Middle Eastern hot air roasting methods. This means absolutely none of their nuts are fried and no added oil is required to perfect their produce, resulting in their healthily balanced snack shots for you today.
