Nick Greeff's favourite food has always been biltong, which is a relief because he learnt to make it as a child on his ranch in Zimbabwe.
FIrst eaten by him on safari in Africa, Nick now loves using his Zimbabwean recipes to make biltong on the Isle of Wight.
