The Mighty Fine Story
Ross and Kit met in their first "real" job out of university, acting as general helpers aka dogsbodies on the Richard & Judy television show.
Although they became good friends, they went off to have separate careers in both marketing and television production before meeting up again 10 years later.
They decided to work together on a retail experience centred around chocolate by opening a chocolate shop in the middle of Camden market.
Based in London
They sold sweet creations such as tequila truffles, bacon dipped in dark chocolate and beer flavoured fudge, but above all else their bags of honeycomb dipped into chocolate sold like crazy. They struggled to keep up with demand.
This might have been due to the fact the duo spend over 1,000 hours perfecting their honeycomb recipe...
After an opportunity with Harvey Nichols and a number of independent retail stores, they started selling their honeycomb direct to stores. They became so busy that Ross and Kit shut the shop to focus on becoming the world’s number one honeycomb brand from their South London base.
